Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an English Teacher based in São Paulo, SP, with some work-from-home flexibility. The English Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective English lessons, and fostering an engaging learning environment. The role also includes assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and incorporating innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes. Collaboration with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and curriculum may also be required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English Teaching and Lesson Planning to deliver effective and structured instruction to students.
  • Experience in Education and Teaching, emphasizing classroom management and fostering student development.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with hybrid or remote teaching platforms is a plus.
  • Patience, creativity, and adaptability to cater to varying learning styles and levels.
