Data & AI Pre-Sales Engineer, Brazil

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Data & AI Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a technical expert, working closely with our sales team to drive the adoption of our data and AI solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating the value of our offerings, and building compelling solutions that address their specific challenges. A strong understanding and hands-on experience with either Databricks or Snowflake is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customers' business and technical requirements.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) showcasing our data and AI capabilities.
• Articulate the value proposition of our solutions and how they address customer pain points.
• Design and architect data and AI solutions leveraging technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and other relevant tools.
• Respond to technical questions and RFPs/RFIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders at customer organizations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the data and AI space.
• Contribute to the development of sales collateral and best practices.
• Provide technical training and support to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, consulting, or technical role focused on data and AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in either Databricks or Snowflake is required. This includes hands-on experience with data modeling, data warehousing, data engineering, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Databricks or Snowflake.
• Experience with other data and AI technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Python, and machine learning platforms.
• Experience in specific industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail and CPG.
