JoomPulse is an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers, providing insights into the most profitable products and fastest-growing categories — helping sellers boost their profits with data-driven decisions.

JoomPulse is one of the key businesses of Joom Group, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes the following businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPro, the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

Right now we are looking for the Partners Manager (JoomPulse Consulting Program) who will be responsible for attracting, activating and developing partners of JoomPulse within JoomPulse's partner program.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and fully manage the consulting partner program strategy, value proposition, and operational effectiveness
  • Identify, prospect, and close new partnerships with key consulting firms to meet acquisition and revenue targets
  • Build high-trust, long-term relationships with partners, acting as JoomPulse's technical and consultative ambassador
  • Serve as the central coordinator between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner support
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive onboarding, training, and certification programs for all partners
  • Monitor the e-commerce calendar to propose and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and co-marketing initiatives
  • Track key partner performance KPIs (activation, revenue, retention) and generate data-driven reports for strategic decision-making

Requirments

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in partnership, affiliate, or B2B channel management
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce and marketplace ecosystem (preferably Mercado Livre)

Preferred

  • Experience in partnerships programs management for B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRM, BI, and marketing automation tools.
  • Track record of incentive and co-marketing campaign execution.
  • Direct experience working with consultancies that support marketplace sellers.
