office and reporting to the
Marketing Coordinator
.

The
Marketing Intern
will make an important impact in our conversion rate by securing an outstanding execution of our distribution, events, and social media campaigns.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Support the creation and execution of email and WhatsApp campaigns using tools like Salesforce.
• Designing promotional, transactional, and lifecycle materials.
• Help organize and segment customer data to send targeted messages.
• Support the content calendar and contribute to writing subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
• Assist in creating campaigns that connect with customers and support business goals.
• Help set up and monitor paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Support tracking performance and assist with simple A/B tests to improve results.
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing basic insights to help improve marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Organized, achiever and driven profile.
• Experienced traveler.
• Ability to create valuable interpersonal relationships.
• Structured and clear communication capacity.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business administration or a related discipline, to be conclude until the end of 2026.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English is mandatory.
