Você terá foco em quatro áreas fundamentais: segurança, qualidade, experiência do cliente e produtividade do seu departamento.

Key job responsibilities
- Analisar previsões de trabalho e determinar requisitos de produtividade diária para atingir os objetivos gerais da unidade
- Trabalhar em parceria com outros Area Managers para equilibrar a força de trabalho, garantindo uma operação balanceada e eficiente, enquanto atinge todas as metas
- Apoiar todos os programas de segurança e conformidade com normas regulamentadoras para garantir um ambiente de trabalho seguro para todos os associados
- Identificar e liderar proativamente iniciativas de melhoria de processos e ferramentas Lean

A day in the life
- Escala 3x2 (3 dias de trabalho com 3 dias de folga, 2 dias de trabalho com 2 dias de folga)
- Turnos de 12 horas (06:00-18:00 ou 18:00-05:00)
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em finais de semana

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in employee and performance management

- English skills.
