Project Manager – Gestão de Mudança Digital

Estamos em busca de um(a) Project Manager de Gestão de Mudanças que será responsável por estruturar o Núcleo de Gestão de Mudanças Organizacionais (GMO) para soluções digitais. Esse(a) profissional liderará a gestão de mudanças na implementação do PPM (Project Portfolio Management), assegurando adoção efetiva da solução digital, engajamento dos stakeholders e geração de valor para o negócio.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar a estratégia de gestão de mudanças do projeto PPM (Project Portfolio Management), incluindo comunicação, treinamento, engajamento e acompanhamento pós-implementação.

  • Definir e aplicar metodologias de change management reconhecidas (ex.: Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Teoria U), adaptando-as ao contexto organizacional, cultura, maturidade digital e porte da empresa.

  • Mapear stakeholders, impactos e resistências, elaborando planos de mitigação e estratégias de engajamento.

  • Projetar e implementar programas de treinamento e capacitação, garantindo readiness operacional e adoção efetiva da solução digital por usuários e multiplicadores.

  • Gerenciar cronograma, marcos e entregas relacionadas à mudança, coordenando equipes multifuncionais e promovendo integração entre áreas.

  • Medir, analisar e reportar indicadores de adoção, engajamento e satisfação, promovendo ajustes contínuos conforme métricas e feedbacks.

  • Apoiar o rollout/go-live, facilitando workshops, reuniões de alinhamento e sessões de feedback para garantir sucesso da implementação.

  • Estruturar o Núcleo de Gestão de Mudanças Organizacionais (GMO), consolidando metodologias, processos e práticas replicáveis que sustentem a implementação de futuros projetos de engenharia digital.

Requisitos

  • Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia Organizacional, Engenharia, TI ou áreas correlatas.

  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de mudanças aplicada a projetos digitais (5-7 anos).

  • Certificação em metodologias de change management (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) é diferencial.

  • Vivência em rollouts de sistemas, migrações ou digitalização de processos.

  • Conhecimento em gerenciamento de projetos (PMP, Prince2, Agile é desejável).
