- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript), or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with Programming and Debugging.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with local stakeholders in this customer-facing role.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines, integration tests, documentation and reliability monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with solving complex technical problems, and owning projects from concept to launch.

This unique role challenges you to solve complex technical problems, own impactful projects from concept to launch, and collaborate across Google to ensure the voice of the user is heard loud and clear. You will drive the future of data-driven decisions by building the engine that powers contextual feedback at Google scale.

Responsibilities:- Participate in design, independently implement, and own the software solutions that will speed up Search experimentation.
- Work directly on Search and influence how their engineers gather information and make decisions.
- Improve latency and reliability on backends that affect Search Engineers experience.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and roles to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Communicate progress, and manage expectations.
