Was die Position beinhaltet:

  • Bringe einen Hauch von Eleganz und Stil in die Interaktion mit unseren Kunden – sei ihre erste Anlaufstelle für alle Fashion-Fragen.
  • Lass deine Leidenschaft für Mode in Kundeninteraktionen aufblühen, indem du Anfragen mit Enthusiasmus und Fachwissen beantwortest.
  • Bearbeite Bestellungen, Rücksendungen und Serviceanfragen mit einer positiven Einstellung und einem Auge für Details.
  • Entwickle maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden, inspiriert von deiner Liebe zur Mode.

Anforderungen:

  • Eine echte Liebe zur Mode, die dich dazu inspiriert, Kunden mit deinem modischen Flair zu begeistern.
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder ein starker Wunsch, eine erfüllende Karriere in der Fashion-Welt zu starten.
  • Beherrschung von Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau.
  • Die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Konzepte einzuarbeiten und sich in einer selbstgesteuerten Arbeitsumgebung zu behaupten.
  • Starke PC-Kenntnisse und Zuverlässigkeit im Umgang mit Daten.
  • Freude an Kommunikation und Kundeninteraktion, florierend in einer dynamischen, remote Umgebung mit einer lebhaften digitalen Community.
  • Eine stabile Internetverbindung und eine ruhige Arbeitsumgebung zu Hause sind unerlässlich.
