Responsabilidades:

  • Criar designs visuais impactantes para campanhas de mídia paga, incluindo Meta, Google, TikTok e outras plataformas digitais.
  • Desenvolver e otimizar landing pages com foco em conversão e experiência do usuário (UX/UI).
  • Criar e adaptar materiais publicitários para diferentes formatos e tamanhos, garantindo consistência visual.
  • Produzir elementos de motion graphics para anúncios e criativos digitais, trazendo dinamismo e engajamento.
  • Colaborar com as equipes de marketing e redação para garantir coerência na comunicação visual.
  • Acompanhar tendências de design e inovações no mercado digital para manter nossos criativos atualizados.
  • Garantir que os materiais criados estejam alinhados com as diretrizes das plataformas e as melhores práticas do setor.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada como Designer Gráfico, preferencialmente com foco em marketing digital e anúncios pagos.
  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência na criação de materiais para mídia digital.
  • Domínio das ferramentas da Adobe Creative Suite, como Photoshop, Illustrator, XD e After Effects (desejável).
  • Proficiência em Figma para design UI/UX e fluxo de trabalho colaborativo.
  • Conhecimento em UX/UI para desenvolvimento e otimização de landing pages.
  • Experiência em motion graphics para anúncios é um diferencial significativo.
  • Proficiência avançada em inglês é obrigatória; espanhol é uma vantagem.
  • Criatividade, inovação e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e cumprir prazos rigorosos.
