About The Role
As a C++ Developer, you'll build and evolve high-performance backend servers that power real-time trading for a leading financial services client, contributing across the full SDLC on the Windows platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain C++ backend servers for real-time trading on Windows
• Design, implement, and optimize multithreaded, low-latency components
• Contribute across the lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, support
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Work closely with QA and support to triage, debug, and resolve issues
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems; prioritize client-facing incidents
• Apply version control best practices (Git) and maintain high-quality documentation
• Perform performance tuning, profiling, and memory management
• Create and maintain build/tools/scripting as needed
• Other duties as assigned

About You
Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong structural and object-oriented design skills; design patterns and templates
• Proficiency in multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization
• Solid Windows development experience; Visual Studio experience a plus
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of communication protocol fundamentals
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Effective communicator with IT and business stakeholders; ownership mindset; team-first and independent contributor

• Finance/trading domain experience
• Perl and shell scripting experience
