What you will be doing

The Manager GeoSolutions will be responsible for leading GroundProbe's operations in Brazil, with full accountability for financial performance (P&L), customer satisfaction, and the management of Sales and Operations teams. This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services aligned with the company's strategic plan. Key responsibilities include developing strong client relationships, managing contracts, expanding profitable service offerings, and implementing consistent work systems to ensure operational excellence. The Manager will also be expected to foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement, acting as a strategic leader with strong decision-making and resource management capabilities.

What you will bring
  • Bachelor's and postgraduate degrees in Engineering, Geology, or related fields;
  • Professional experience in sectors such as mining, engineering, and technology.
  • Familiarity with technology systems applied to geotechnical or environmental monitoring.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
