Job Description Summary
O estagiário da equipe de Project Finance terá um desafio e uma grande oportunidade de iniciar sua carreira em uma empresa global com um grande portfólio para a América Latina, com reporte direto ao Finance Lead, aprendendo e dando suporte em atividades e rotinas financeiras.
Responsabilidades
Job Description
- Realizar atividades de faturamento (emissão de notas fiscais) e acompanhamento de pagamentos para o portifolio Brasil;
- Atualizar e controlar relatórios de performance de projetos (Custos, Receita, Margem, Caixa) via Excel e SAP;
- Apoiar o desenvolvimento de novos projetos para controle financeiro na área (Dashboard, Templates);
- Fornecer suporte documental ao controller de portifolio e time de operações em fóruns internos (Revisão de Projetos, Performance e Forecast);
Qualificações
- Cursando Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia e áreas correlatas;
- Excel a partir de Intermediário (Funções básicas, PROC's, Pivot, SOMASE, etc);
- Inglês Intermediário (Para interações em reuniões e emails esporádicos);
Desejável
- Proatividade e interesse por gestão de projetos e finanças em multinacional;
- Senso de Urgência e organização;
- Conhecimento de Power BI ou alguma linguagem de programação (não mandatório).
