We're Hiring - Financial Manager

Location: Remote

Are you a strategic, hands-on finance leader looking for your next challenge? We are searching for a Financial Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations.

This role is key to ensuring the financial health and sustainable growth of our company. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, compliance, and support the executive team with strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals;

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes;

Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements;

Manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation;

Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities;

Supervise accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance operations;

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies;

Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement;

Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requisitos:

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (MBA is a plus);

Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles;

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and corporate finance;

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills;

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities;

Experience in working with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
