The platform enables users to remotely customize content on displays via the cloud from anywhere with an Internet connection. What you will do

• Continuously update OnSign tutorials, including text, images, and practical examples;
• Maintain and expand the FAQ by identifying recurring questions from customers and support teams;
• Monitor product updates and ensure documentation reflects all changes and new features.;
• Review and improve information architecture for clarity and ease of navigation;
• Produce tutorial videos (screen casting) for YouTube and internal use;
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to align technical and non-technical messaging;
• Translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking, is mandatory;
• Analytical and didactic skills to translate technical terms into accessible language;
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation (manuals, FAQs, knowledge bases);
• Familiarity with documentation tools (Markdown, Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or similar);
• Basic skills in image editing and screencasting;
• Experience with SaaS or B2B software;
• Passion for technology and curiosity to explore;
• Creativity to propose alternative solutions.
• On-site presence required at Trindade, Florianópolis.

Nice-to-have

• Spanish as a third language;
• Knowledge of technical SEO to optimize support pages and tutorials.
• Basic video editing experience.
• Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical areas.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools.
