OnSign TV is a Digital Signage Management Solution for Android, Windows, Mac, and Chrome OS, allowing users to manage digital signage down to each individual screen. The platform enables users to remotely customize content on displays via the cloud from anywhere with an Internet connection. The fast-paced startup, based in Hong Kong, serves customers internationally in sectors such as healthcare, transit, banking, hospitality, retail, and education.

The workspace is surrounded by several restaurants and commercial establishments, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to work.

What you will do

  • Continuously update OnSign tutorials, including text, images, and practical examples;
  • Maintain and expand the FAQ by identifying recurring questions from customers and support teams;
  • Monitor product updates and ensure documentation reflects all changes and new features.;
  • Review and improve information architecture for clarity and ease of navigation;
  • Produce tutorial videos (screen casting) for YouTube and internal use;
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to align technical and non-technical messaging;
  • Translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand documentation.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking, is mandatory;
  • Analytical and didactic skills to translate technical terms into accessible language;
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation (manuals, FAQs, knowledge bases);
  • Familiarity with documentation tools (Markdown, Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or similar);
  • Basic skills in image editing and screencasting;
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B software;
  • Passion for technology and curiosity to explore;
  • Creativity to propose alternative solutions.
  • On-site presence required at Trindade, Florianópolis.

Nice-to-have

  • Spanish as a third language;
  • Knowledge of technical SEO to optimize support pages and tutorials.
  • Basic video editing experience.
  • Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical areas.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools.
