The business is scaling fast - $470m annualised revenue, growing >100% YoY, operating across the UK, Brazil and Germany.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a strategic finance leader. You will serve as the primary business partner to the Brazil General Manager and have full ownership and accountability for the country's P&L. You will be a pivotal member of a lean, high-performing global Finance & Strategy team, acting as the crucial link between local commercial execution and the Group's broader financial strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly shape the growth trajectory of our most dynamic market, driving both strategic initiatives and operational excellence on the ground.About The RoleStrategic Leadership: Work in lockstep with the Brazil General Manager to set the strategic and financial direction for the country.End-to-End Ownership: Move beyond analysis to true ownership—you will be directly responsible for driving top-line growth and bottom-line performance.Direct Impact: Your decisions will have an immediate and visible impact on the success of our Brazilian operations.ResponsibilitiesPartnering closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Ops & Clinical, spanning all clinical pathways, to help drive decision making and prioritisation - ultimately being responsible for driving overall top and bottom line business performanceBuilding business cases and plans for new strategic initiatives across all areas of the businessStrategic and financial planning, including yearly and quarterly P&L forecasting, and driving capital allocation decisions between existing geographies and categories, as well as new betsGuiding key investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic commercial strategies to grow the business fast and efficientlyAssisting with Investor Relations and Corporate Development activitiesRequirements4+ years of experience in an investment bank, consulting firm or a similar role within a growth-stage tech companyStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation, while confidently challenging stakeholders when necessaryRelentless, output focused mindset; someone who loves pushing through the noise with disciplined pragmatismTo be proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership; someone who constantly seeks opportunities to create and drive initiatives forward independentlyExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsWillingness and ability to operate in an unstructured environment, tackling unstructured problems; an ability to deliver high-quality work, fastAdvanced financial modelling and big data analysis skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insightsSalary & BenefitsCompetitive market salaryGenerous stock option planGym & wellness benefit with WellhubPlano de Saúde Amil - S750English classes on Cambly22 business days (30 days full) holidayThis is a hybrid position (São Paulo - SP)We are destigmatising how people approach their health by offering easy access to diagnostics and a holistic range of treatments, as well as a community to help proactively improve one's health and wellbeing.
