Overall Purpose of The Job
To control the costs of the Clients' contracts providing analysis of the costs and cash flow behaviour on timely basis.

To issue the monthly Invoices and Debit Notes for all Clients

To assist the local Finance Manager in the preparation of the Group Finance Periodic Reports.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Process accounts and cash flow analysis in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
  • Populate spreadsheet with the cash flow movement in order to demonstrate the cash position to the client;
  • Compare the actual costs vs budget and provide analysis for the variances;
  • Support the accounts payable with the weekly cash flow of the company;
  • Review the reconciliations provided by the external accounting company in order to monitor the discrepancies;
  • Provide to the clients the support documents which compose the Opex costs of the period.
  • To assist the local Finance Manager in the preparation of the Group Finance Periodic reports
  • To prepare the monthly Invoices and monthly Debit Notes and send to the Clients
  • To follow up the payments of debit notes and invoices from Clients

Essential

  • Intermediary level of English
  • Excel
  • BS degree in Accounting (in progress)
  • Proven working experience as accountant or cost controller
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Withholding tax knowledge
  • Data entry skills along with an ability for numbers
  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Intermediary level of English and in MS Office
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • BS degree in Accounting
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to develop rapport quickly
  • Commitment to the deadlines
  • Customer service orientation

Desirable

  • Experience in operating accounting software
