Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Procurement Analyst, Senior to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in Belo Horizonte office.

About the role:

  • Conducting the procurement process of materials, equipment, and technical services required for the Project;
  • Requesting and analyzing supplier proposals;
  • Negotiating contracts, prices, deadlines, and contractual clauses with suppliers;
  • Issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring that acquired materials meet quality and compliance standards;
  • Interacting with various project areas, clients, and suppliers, continuously seeking improvements;
  • Maintaining detailed records of all purchasing transactions and contracts, and entering data into applicable control systems.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • SAP MM (mandatory) and SmartPlant will be considered a plus;
  • Knowledge of procurement processes for services, materials, and equipment, from supplier selection to the issuance of purchase orders and contracts;
  • 5 years of experience in the role (Mining and Steel Industry);
  • SAP and SmartPlant Materials – a differential skill;
  • Availability for frequent travel and mobility to other regions (Belo Horizonte e São Paulo)
