Job Duties

Sob supervisão geral, promove excelentes relações com os clientes no local de trabalho. Planeja e realiza os cálculos necessários para o trabalho total no local do poço, conforme necessário. Coordena e dirige as atividades de supervisores subordinados, operadores de serviço e assistentes de operador durante a montagem e desmontagem do equipamento em um local e a preparação do equipamento para realizar um trabalho. Fornece o planejamento necessário para o trabalho, incluindo instruções para a equipe e resolução de disputas até níveis aprovados. Garante a satisfação do cliente com os trabalhos realizados. Conforme necessário, pode realizar a coleta e distribuição de dados sobre os trabalhos. Coordena a limpeza, reparo e preparação do equipamento para o próximo trabalho. Fornece feedback sobre os níveis de desempenho individual de seus subordinados, proporcionando desenvolvimento de habilidades no trabalho para melhorar o desempenho. As tarefas do trabalho, corretamente realizadas, impactam indiretamente na contenção de custos, eficiência, lucratividade ou operações. As consequências de erros são facilmente mensuráveis e podem ser confinadas.

Qualifications
  • Curso técnico completo em mecânica, eletrônica ou áreas afins.
  • CFT ativo.
  • 4+ anos de experiência como supervisor(a) de flexitubo ou nitrogênio.
  • Contrato local para Macaé.

Deve possuir habilidades excepcionais dentro da linha de serviço e ter uma compreensão geral de outras funções de serviço. Dada a natureza do trabalho de serviço em campo petrolífero, a capacidade de se comunicar efetivamente com os outros é necessária. Promove a conscientização sobre segurança e meio ambiente. Garante a conformidade com os padrões, práticas e diretrizes de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE). Deve possuir excelente conhecimento dos padrões, métodos de trabalho e processos do Sistema de Gestão Halliburton (HMS). Pode ser necessário licenciamento para dirigir veículos comerciais. Promove e participa ativamente dos processos de melhoria da qualidade. Deve possuir a capacidade de entender o esquema do poço, analisar programas de computador (Insite para Intervenção em Poços) e procedimentos operacionais. Habilidades básicas de informática são preferidas.
