Analyze demand planning and production scheduling, as well as plan, control, and monitor the flow of materials required for the company's operations. Ensure the necessary input levels for production and process continuity are met to ensure customer service.

  • Plan the production schedule for specific lines, monitoring the production process and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Issue production orders and monitor deliveries daily, avoiding delays to the end customer.
  • Contribute to the supplier's quality index through data management and implementation of improvement plans.
  • Control and manage demand through the sales plan, providing feedback and performance indicators for the departments.
  • Propose and develop plans for the movement of raw materials and semi-finished products , controlling stock levels in accordance with the unit's policy.
  • Conduct, develop, and analyze production and supplier performance reports and conduct cyclical inventories.
  • Analyze demand forecasts, consumption histories, and production plans to define material needs.
  • Prepare and track purchase orders, aligning delivery times and quantities with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and propose adjustments to avoid excess or shortages.
  • Monitor delivery status, interact with suppliers and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the development of supplier portfolio strategies and monitor the demand forecasting process.
  • Lead internal projects focused on cost reduction or risk mitigation.
