The Role
We're looking for a
Product Manager
to lead the design and execution of our customer journeys - from onboarding and KYC to contract formalization and financial activation. You'll build intuitive flows that simplify complex financial and legal processes into a scalable, compliant, and user-friendly experience.
What You'll Do:
- Define and own the end-to-end onboarding and product contracting journey.
- Lead product discovery through market research, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Build and manage the product roadmap, balancing business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with Tech, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Sales to align processes and deliver seamless experiences.
- Ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining an excellent user experience.
- Track product performance and continuously optimize for engagement and growth.
- Lead product launches, drive adoption, and help shape Ótmow's next phase of growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced startup environment, with resourcefulness and autonomy.
- UX and design thinking familiarity
- Prior knowledge of government contracting is a plus
