About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CyberSecurity Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats, managing security incidents, and supporting awareness and security initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise in cybersecurity tools and practices, combined with clear communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams..

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain security systems, including antivirus, endpoint protection, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation measures to strengthen the organization's security posture.
  • Implement, maintain, and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Drive cybersecurity awareness programs to educate employees on safe practices and reduce human-factor risks.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure systems, applications, and data are protected against threats.
  • Prepare incident reports, metrics, and dashboards to communicate security status to management.
  • Research emerging threats, tools, and technologies to proactively improve defenses.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audits.
  • Manage Pen Tests and SOC
  • Manage network security features
  • Manage VPN

Requisitos:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or related role.
  • Hands-on experience with antivirus management, SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
  • Strong understanding of security incident response processes and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively in anticipating threats.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical
  • stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (preferred but not required): CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or similar.
  • English fluency is mandatory (spoken and written)
