We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager of HSE & Quality to lead improvements in health, safety, environmental, and quality policies across all operations within the region. This role ensures compliance with global standards and local regulations while fostering a strong safety and quality culture.

Regional Quality & HSE Manager - Latin America
Key Responsibilities
- Improvement HSE and Quality policies aligned with global standards and local regulations.
- Develop regional HSE and Quality strategies, adapting them to regulatory requirements and operational contexts.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality laws, lead internal and external audits and inspections.
- Monitor and report HSE and Quality performance metrics.
- Define processes to reduce waste, emissions, and resource consumption while improving product and process quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with global leadership to ensure alignment and escalate critical issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in HSE leadership, including risk management, prevention programs, and emergency response.
- Experience managing safety audits, inspections, and mitigation plans.
- Familiarity with risk analysis tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in Quality Management
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
