para assumir papel estratégico na
arquitetura, desenvolvimento e evolução
dos nossos sistemas core.

Modelo de trabalho

  • Híbrido — Vila Madalena (SP), 3x por semana (terça, quarta e quinta)
  • PJ — R$28K – R$30K + Equity
  • Benefícios: férias remuneradas, plano de saúde robusto, Wellhub (Gympass)

O que você vai fazer

  • Projetar a arquitetura dos sistemas fundamentais da companhia
  • Escolher e implementar stack tecnológica moderna
  • Desenvolver aplicações core e novos produtos
  • Apoiar lançamentos estratégicos e evolução do roadmap
  • Disseminar boas práticas e cultura de engenharia

Requisitos

  • 5+ anos com
    Go (Golang)
  • Experiência em
    microsserviços, Kafka, GraphQL, Kubernetes, AWS
  • Vivência com DevOps (
    ArgoCD, Pulumi
    )
  • Inglês avançado

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em fintechs ou startups early-stage (0 → 1)
  • Conhecimento em frameworks Go da Uber
  • Pós-graduação, mestrado ou PhD
