In this role, you will be in charge of B2B2C marketing Strategy. As Brand Strategy & Experience and Practice Development Manager you're responsible for creating strategies that will drive awareness and usage of Invisalign clear aligners with adult and teen consumers in the Latin America market. Also, driving growth and development of assigned dental/orthodontic practices by building strong relationships, supporting business strategies, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to develop a holistic and complete view of marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand consumer behavior, media consumption, purchase journey, key barriers to adoption and be able to effectively incorporate insights into the development of an integrated marketing campaign with omnichannel user experience to drive brand building and sales.
  • Responsible for campaign and content adaptation and development, overall UX for the Invisalign website and coordinating the strategy for the consumer facing platforms.
  • Responsible for the implementation of Consumer Marketing initiatives to drive awareness and demand for the Invisalign brand and deliver growth within OPEX budget, including:
  • Brand campaigns
  • Digital initiatives
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Event activations
  • Direct consumer communications
  • Oversee the budget control and spending for Brazil, allocating resources and monitoring the key results of the marketing plans.
  • Drive and own the consumer marketing strategy in local markets – working closely with the multi-disciplinary country leadership team. Working collaboratively with Professional Marketing, Performance teams, Sales organization, Insights, IT, and the multi-functional team to drive cohesiveness and synergies to maximize marketing plan effectiveness.
  • Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, and competition intelligence) to support execution of the marketing plan;
  • Manage agencies to deliver outstanding communication and media planning, with the appropriate audience understanding, relevant content at the proper time to build the along the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate work with the broader marketing team to design overall go to market plans to grow the Brazilian Market.
  • Actively communicate the consumer marketing plans to all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan.
  • Guarantee compliance standards in all consumer-facing activities, collaborating with Regulatory and Legal departments;
  • Leverage and adapt global assets and strategies considering local marketing maturity level, proposing solutions that can address local unmet needs and opportunities;
  • Media planning
  • Messaging strategy creation and implementation
  • Establishing close relationships with the global, regional and local marketing teams
  • Train and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand + brand strategy including development of training collateral
  • Manage all aspects of the Loyalty Program's responsibilities, ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Develop tailored business plans with practices to increase adoption of Align solutions to improve results.Identify opportunities for expansion and proactively close new business.
  • Provide consulting support to practices on workflow optimization, patient communication, and case acceptance.
  • Deliver training to doctors and staff to enhance efficiency and patient engagement.
  • Support practices in marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive patient demand.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Clinical Education, Branding, Growth) to ensure cohesive support.
  • Provide regular reporting and feedback to stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

In this role, you'll need...

  • 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing, including: Offline and Digital Advertising, integrated marketing campaign Social Media, Influencers, Marketing Automation and Analytics;

  • Leadership with good people management skill;
  • Offline and Online creative development and marketing campaign management skills;
  • Experience in leading marketing agencies to allow challenge their ideas;
  • Experience in strategic planning, media environment as well as digital campaign execution;
  • BS/BA in marketing, social communication, technology or business-related field;
  • Advanced Facebook and Google Ads experience. Certifications are desirable;
  • Expert in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups.
  • Advanced English. Spanish is desirable.
