We are now looking for experienced fullstack engineers in Europe or Brazil who thrive on end-to-end ownership, can operate independently, and are excited to help solidify engineering operations from the ground up.

What Youll Do

Own tasks end to end: from design to implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.

Design and develop scalable, robust fullstack systems.

Contribute across both backend and frontend with a focus on quality, performance, and security.

Collaborate with the engineering team to define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

Help establish and improve the engineering operations of a fast-moving startup.

Work closely with the founders and other engineers to shape the companys technical direction.

Explore and apply emerging technologies (including AI and automation) to solve complex challenges.

Must-Haves

6+ years of professional software development experience.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python.

Strong proficiency with Git and modern development practices.

Ability to work independently on end-to-end tasks with minimal supervision.

Strong communication skills in English (international, fully remote team).

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.

Familiarity or interest in developing AI Agents.

Experience with event-driven architectures.

Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc).
