Hi, we're Search Atlas We're a rapidly growing SEO software company and full-service digital agency that helps websites improve their Google performance. From Fortune 500 companies to Silicon Valley startups, our clients trust us to drive results.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a versatile and self-sufficient Recruiter to help us propel our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
  • Execute sourcing strategies using a mix of outbound, inbound, and referral pipelines
  • Deliver strong candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process
  • Maintain structured, well-documented hiring processes in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager

Requirements

  • 4+ years of in-house recruitment experience across GTM, Tech, and Corporate roles
  • Proven success hiring in fast-paced, agile environments (BPO experience not applicable)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptionally organized with a focus on process and follow-through

Salary & Benefits

  • $1,500-$2,100 per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
  • 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
