What you can look forward to as UX / UI Designer​:

• Do UX research, UX/UI design and prototyping for web applications targeted at the customers of ZF Aftermarket;
• Discuss your mock-ups, visual designs and prototypes with customers, Product Owners and developers​;
• Test and validate your designs with users​;
• Drive the development of the design system (re-usable UI components) and guidelines for the customer platform development team of ZF Aftermarket​;
• Establish routines for regular customer feedback on both existing and planned web applications, in close coordination with the respective Product Owners​;
• Share and learn best practices in a company-wide community of UX specialists​.

Your Profile as UX / UI Designer​

• At least 3 years of experience on a similar position (UX/UI Designer, Web Developer, etc.)​;
• Systematic work approach, excellent conceptual skills with a high ability to structure complex topics and being able to design and deliver suitable solutions​;
• Practical experience with design tools (e.g. Axure, Figma, Adobe XD, Mural, etc.);
• Knowledge of web technologies and frontend frameworks​;
• Sense of aesthetics and familiarity with graphics software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)​;
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written to communicate successfully in an international work environment).
