We're hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to help scale and secure our GCP-native infrastructure. This role is hands-on and central to the reliability, automation, and performance of our platform. You'll contribute to our CI/CD systems, manage Kubernetes infrastructure, and enhance observability with Open Telemetry and tools like Grafana, Datadog, and Sentry.

We're looking for someone highly technical, collaborative, and eager to improve systems through GitOps, automation, and infrastructure as code in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale GKE clusters for microservices, focusing on resilience, cost, and performance
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and ArgoCD workflows for secure, automated deployments
• Use Terraform to manage GCP infrastructure that's modular, scalable, and reproducible
• Implement and extend OpenTelemetry for observability; maintain dashboards and alerts in Grafana, Datadog, and Sentry
• Support PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse operations for performance and cost efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and improve disaster recovery and high availability
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and QA teams to improve reliability, streamline deployments, and ensure platform stability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles working in production environments.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes (GKE preferred) and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Deep knowledge of GCP infrastructure and Terraform-based IaC practices.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and instrumentation.
• Expertise in Grafana, Datadog, and Sentry for observability and monitoring.
• Operational knowledge of PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with incident resolution in production systems.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

• Experience with Helm, Kustomize, or OPA/Gatekeeper.
• Familiarity with cloud cost optimization strategies on GCP.
• Knowledge of secret management tools like Vault or GCP Secret Manager.
• Experience implementing blue-green or canary deployments.

Salary & Benefits

• $4,000-$5,000USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
