Overview:
This role supports financial activities within the site readiness and regulatory operations team, with a focus on contract management and budget oversight for clinical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for financial matters related to site activation and maintenance.
  • Collect, review, and track contracts and budget documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist with contract negotiation and budget management under supervision.
  • Maintain high-quality financial documentation, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Update financial logs, reports, and tracking systems as needed.
  • Proactively escalate financial risks or issues to management.
  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • University/College degree in business, finance, or life sciences.
  • Experience with contract management and budgeting in clinical research / pharmaceutical industries
  • Fluent English required; Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x a week at sponsor's office)
