In Operations, we ensure everything runs with excellence, security, and according to the right processes. We focus on efficiency and quality, making sure every step of our solution happens smoothly, accurately, and reliably.

As Junior Technical Account Manger, your mission will be to proactively monitor and provide the best experience for the merchant.

Your day-to-day impact:

  • Handling daily merchant requests, such as settlement-related questions, payment confirmations, reports,
  • Monitoring KPIs such as payment approval rate, chargeback rate, and refund rate;
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of data, charts, and spreadsheets;
  • Participating in meetings with merchants and presenting performance insights and issue resolutions;
  • Creating presentations with key performance indicators;
  • Constantly collaborating with other EBANX departments to resolve issues and more;

Must-haves to shine in this role:

  • Analytical skills: being capable of reading, understanding, and analyzing data;
  • Advanced English (you're going to interact with merchants in texts and meetings);
  • Data-driven mindset and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Organization and a proactive mind;

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with SQL and Queries;
  • Experience in payments market;
  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills;
