Carevie is a premium family support agency based in the United States, dedicated to connecting families with trusted childcare professionals. We are expanding our network and looking for motivated Family Consultants to help us grow.

This is not a customer service or call center position.

This is a high-trust referral and relationship role, perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and wants to earn commission in USD.

What You'll Do

As a Carevie Family Consultant, your role is simple:

  • Identify families (mainly in the US & Canada) who are looking for nannies or childcare support

  • Build genuine conversations and connections

  • Share Carevie with potential families

  • Send qualified leads to our internal team

  • Our team handles all onboarding, matching, interviews, and client management

  • You earn a commission every time a family signs a contract

You're not responsible for closing sales — only for identifying and referring the right families.

Earnings (Commission)

  • Commission-only position

  • Earn 8–12% of Carevie's fee for every family you refer who signs a contract

  • Commissions are paid in USD

  • Many consultants earn $300–$700 USD per closed family — sometimes more

This is ideal for candidates in Brazil seeking flexible remote work with high earning potential.

What You Need

  • Solid English communication (intermediate to advanced)

  • Confidence in talking to people

  • Ability to identify opportunities in communities, groups, or personal networks

  • Professionalism, responsibility, and reliability

  • A genuine interest in working with families and childcare professionals

  • Access to WhatsApp, Instagram, and email

No previous experience in sales or childcare required — training and scripts are provided.
