With rapid growth, we seek a person to be part of the team as a Coordinator (B2B Channel) to help achieve the goals set by the company. In this position you will work daily in contact with the business development, marketing, product development, technology and operational areas.

Here's what this role is all about:

  • Closing potential partnerships through the prospection of travel agencies that use leasing vehicles, aiming to increase our sales.
  • Managing a growth team sharing a strategic way of work.
  • Analyzing and development of our product and processes.
  • Maintain contact with travel agencies that already belong to the portfolio in order to strengthen the relationship and possibility of new business.
  • Knowing the market well and mainly competitors, proposing actions that help in the competitiveness of our products and services.
  • Whenever necessary, engage directly in problem solving with our partners and areas of the company aiming at the best solution.
  • Market analysis in order to define strategies of growth.
  • Analyze our products and seek negotiations that increase our market representativeness.
  • Contributing to the improvement of the processes aiming at an ever better experience for clients and partners besides reducing costs for the company.

In addition to good performance in strategic analysis, it is expected to this professional to have good negotiation skills, dedication, discipline, attention to details, proactivity and organization. It´s very important to this professional to have a background with people management and we are also looking for someone with a competitive and result-oriented mind set.

Desirable Knowledge:

  • English is desirable.
  • Experience with online business in the travel and/or e-commerce market.
