O que você vai fazer?
Monitorar servidores, redes e links via Nagios.
Identificar falhas e instabilidades, acionando e escalonando incidentes.
Gerenciar chamados no ServiceNow.
Prestar suporte técnico Nível 1 por telefone, e-mail e acesso remoto.
Garantir continuidade e disponibilidade dos serviços.
O que esperamos de você?
Proatividade e boa comunicação.
Formação técnica em TI ou cursando graduação na área.
Veículo próprio para deslocamento.
