About the Role

We are seeking a
highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Data Analyst
to help us uncover insights and drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, process, and interpret complex datasets. You will build dashboards, identify trends, and support business leaders with data-driven recommendations that shape strategy and improve performance.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, exploring data, and turning numbers into stories that matter.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
  • Analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports
  • Collaborate with business, product, and marketing teams to define metrics and KPIs
  • Support leadership with data analysis for strategic planning
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across systems


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytical tool (Python, R, or Power BI)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • English fluency required; Korean proficiency preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar visualization tools
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, or cloud analytics platforms
  • Background in e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS analytics
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, customer analytics, or predictive modeling
