- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core / .NET Framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, business analysts, and QA engineers
- Implement solutions that support electronic trading flows and fixed income instruments
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in a high-demand environment
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps
- Work closely with global teams in a hybrid agile environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production systems
- 5+ years of experience in .NET Core and .NET Framework development
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming
- Experience with Azure DevOps for build, release, and deployment pipelines
- Previous experience working in banking, financial services, or electronic trading platforms
- Knowledge of fixed income products (bonds, treasuries, etc.)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
Nice to Have
- Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Exposure to FIX protocol or trading APIs
- Experience working in regulated environments or financial compliance contexts
Hybrid model: Work onsite in São Paulo a few days per week
