We're hiring a Data Scientist who's deeply hands-on with AI and machine learning. If you love turning messy datasets into real-world products, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want your models to ship into production - not just stay in notebooks - this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models that power search, personalization, classification, and automation
- Work with real-time and historical data to detect trends, forecast outcomes, and surface meaningful insights
- Apply NLP techniques to extract key information, summarise content, and tag metadata from unstructured text
- Collaborate with engineering to ship robust, scalable models into production systems (APIs, microservices, pipelines)
- Improve existing algorithms for performance, relevance, and fairness
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles
Solid Python skills with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch - Experience with NLP tasks (e.g., classification, topic modeling, summarisation)
- Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and performance evaluation
- Experience working with real-time or streaming data pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- English proficiency and strong communication skills
- Experience with time-series forecasting or anomaly detection
- Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)
- Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, DVC)
- Experience with vector search, semantic embeddings, or recommender systems
- Understanding of content quality, misinformation detection, or sentiment analysis
