Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the P&L for the OAAS vertical.
Lead strategy, operations, and execution of last-mile and cross-country delivery services for external businesses.
Build and manage partnerships with large-scale external clients (e-commerce platforms, brands, and SMEs).
Collaborate with internal tech, product, operations, and finance teams to build scalable service offerings.
Oversee client success, performance management, issue resolution, and network optimization.
Continuously identify market opportunities and scale the service regionally.

Position Requirement

Qualifications & Skills
8–12 years of experience in logistics, courier, supply chain, or operations-based services.
Proven leadership experience in managing P&L, large teams, and multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical, commercial, and execution skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in launching new business units or services.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
