You'll work with our marketing team and our Chief Marketing Officer, to identify and execute initiatives across marketing performance, department performance, and channel success.
Tarefas
In this role, you will take charge of our marketing data and deliver insights from our performance to our executive leadership. This role will have a critical impact in an area where we are starving to level-up. Your role will include the following:
Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to support marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and lead tracking.
Design and manage automated dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Analyze marketing and operational data to generate actionable insights across lead generation, conversion funnels, and customer segmentation
Write and execute queries and automations to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Build and maintain robust data pipelines to integrate information from CRM, marketing channels, and other related platforms
Perform data analysis and data mining to uncover trends, audience behaviors, and performance gaps
Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure consistent data usage, security, and documentation
Implement quality control processes to validate data accuracy and flag discrepancies before insights are shared
Integrate data across systems (e.g., CRMs, CMS, ad platforms) into centralized databases or warehouse environments
Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand KPIs and build solutions that support campaign tracking, automation, and reporting
Translate complex analytics into digestible, high-impact presentations for the marketing team and company leadership
Stay current on BI best practices, MarTech integration trends, and emerging marketing analytics tools
