Position Summary

The Architect will oversee the entire design process from concept to construction, ensuring the architectural design achieves the optimal balance between aesthetics, functionality, safety, and affordability. This role requires a solid foundation in architectural theory, innovative spatial design thinking, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. This role requires the ability to collaborate closely with the structural, MEP, and construction teams to transform design concepts into high-quality, implementable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design and Optimization

Develop architectural concept plans, floor plans, and facade designs based on client needs, site conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Provide multiple design proposals for client and project team evaluation and selection.

Continuously optimize design solutions to ensure aesthetics, practicality, and sustainability.

Construction Drawing Design and Technical Support

Responsible for the preparation of construction drawings, detailed node design, and review of construction coordination drawings.

Work closely with structural, MEP, and landscape professionals to ensure design integrity and constructability.

Compliance with Regulations and Standards

Be familiar with national and local building codes, fire protection, accessibility, and energy conservation standards. During the design process, ensure that the design fully complies with relevant laws, regulations, and approval requirements.

Client and Project Communication

Participate in project presentations and client meetings, present design concepts, and discuss revisions.

Maintain good client relationships and a professional image throughout the project.

Visualization and Presentation

Use tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Lumion to perform 3D modeling and rendering.

Prepare design presentation materials, renderings, construction documents, and presentation models.

On-site Support

Provide technical support during the construction phase, and participate in on-site problem solving and design changes.

Assist in monitoring construction quality to ensure the accurate implementation of design intent.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or a related field; licensed architect preferred.

Experience: 3–8 years of architectural design experience, familiar with residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion.

Solid knowledge of building structures and construction techniques.

Excellent creative thinking, spatial perception, and aesthetic judgment.

Language skills: Excellent written and oral English communication skills (international projects preferred).

Personal traits: Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
