The Project Procurement Specialist is responsible for Coordinate Procurement activities and improve the interfaces between Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management and Strategic Sourcing teams to achieve a smooth project execution. Control selecting and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials and services.

This position reports to the Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Manager Latam and is part of the Supply Chain, located in Diadema and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Solicit bids from vendors, review vendors' responses, and coordinate with the discipline stakeholders to clarify pre-bid queries for compliance with requirements, perform pricing analysis, and recommend contract awards that result in best-value procurement.

· Prepare commercial bid tabulations, conduct commercial negotiation, and draw conclusions on techno commercial requirements. Draft, handle, and negotiate all commercial matters pertaining to Purchase Orders. Obtain award acceptance from bidders. Perform a walk-on checklist to make vendors understand the scope and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions; negotiate changes as needed to align with project needs.

· Interface with Project Management, Engineering, and Commissioning to provide procurement support throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to address critical issues, including supplier claims, back charges, and liquidated damages.

· Support the development and execution of the Project Procurement Plan (PPP) in compliance with contract requirements. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; negotiate contracts and build supplier relationships to ensure optimal pricing and terms. Perform a vendor evaluation and site audit when required with the vendor.

· Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and quality compliance. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities; prepare reports on purchasing, cost analysis and supplier performance. Resolve any issues that may arise during the Sourcing and Procurement process, including delays and discrepancies Comply with all company Safety, Security, Finance, and HR policies and procedures.

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in procurement activities, preferably within project-based environments.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers from diverse cultural and geographic backgrounds. Solid knowledge of sourcing & procurement processes and best practices, including contract management and supplier performance evaluation.

· Demonstrated analytical and interpersonal skills, with a structured, reliable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Familiarity with Brazilian tax regulations, import/export procedures, drawback regimes, and controlled trade export requirements is highly desirable.

· Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, along with strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Teams, MS Project, and Power BI. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

 · F&B and Oil & Gas Industries

· Building, maintaining, and fostering relationships with suppliers.
