The Knowledge Management & Project Coordinator is a vital member of the Quality and Methodology team. The primary mission of this role is to provide enterprise-level direction and coordination for methodology, training, and knowledge management efforts, while also supporting internal projects within the service line. This position is responsible for supporting the Risk Consulting service line by ensuring the consistent application of methodologies, enhancing internal quality, and contributing to the development of specialized risk areas. The role will primarily focus on internal projects, developing and refining firm-wide policies, tools, templates, and training materials related to key Risk Consulting services. A key aspect of this role is the ability to contribute to methodologies and training, ensuring effective knowledge management and a culture of continuous improvement within the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of knowledge management strategies and libraries that support service delivery, innovation, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture, curate, and maintain knowledge assets, including playbooks, process documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
Collaborate with RSM knowledge managers to develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Partner with service line leaders and delivery teams to identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions to close them.
Collaborate with RSM knowledge managers to drive governance for content lifecycle management, including version control, archiving, and content review processes.
Leverage analytics to assess knowledge usage and effectiveness and provide regular insights to improve content and delivery.
Support the development and administration of the firm's apprenticeship model, including assisting with curriculum development, coordinating with content owners, and tracking the progress of apprentices to cultivate our workforce for the future.
Conduct content audits and analyses to identify opportunities for improved classification, tagging, and information retrieval.
Provide enterprise-level direction and coordination for internal projects related to methodology, training, and knowledge management.
Support internal projects within the service line, ensuring the consistent application of methodologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience implementing knowledge management systems and frameworks.
Experience managing projects
Strong understanding of digital tools, collaboration platforms, and content management systems.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies in information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or a related experience.
Experience in Risk Consulting, TRC, PRC, or Cyber.
