Joy of Cleaning – Tampa Bay, USA (100% Remote)
Location: Fully remote (must be available during EST hours – 9 AM to 6 PM Tampa time).
Type: Full-time.
Compensation: Starting at $800 USD per month with guaranteed yearly increases based on performance (higher starting salary if extensive experience and able to prove previous results).
About the role
We are Tampa Bay's highest-rated house cleaning company and we are looking for a senior-level, extremely creative Social Media & Content Creator who lives and breathes reels, AI tools, and performance-driven content. This is a high-volume content role with a strong focus on innovative lead generation.
What you'll do every week
- Create and edit 20+ reels/shorts per month (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels)
- Post daily on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Nextdoor and Google My Business (LinkedIn & Threads are lower priority – 2–3 posts/week)
- Review, edit and publish 100–200 AI-generated SEO blog posts per month
- Run our influencer & brand ambassador program (outreach, follow-ups, deliverable collection)
- Design professional graphics, flyers, sales materials and internal posters (advanced Canva / Photoshop / Figma level required)
- Create quick team celebration videos (birthdays, onboarding, achievements)
- Plan monthly content calendars with holiday and seasonal themes
- Help execute email & SMS campaigns
- Constantly test new creative ways to bring in cleaning leads
Required experience & skills
- 5+ years creating high-performing social media content for large brands or companies (we will ask for proof of results – reach, engagement, leads or sales generated)
- Advanced design skills (Canva alone is not enough)
- Extensive, daily experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.) – you must show us concrete examples of how you've used AI in past projects
- Proven track record of creating viral or high-engagement reels (send links + results)
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Extremely organized and able to handle high-volume output without dropping quality
