Mission: The main objective of an Environmental and Occupational Safety Analyst is to ensure employee safety and minimize the environmental impact of the company's operations. Their responsibilities include identifying risks, implementing safety programs, conducting training, monitoring the environmental impact of the company's operations, assisting in the implementation of sustainable practices, preparing sustainability reports, staying up to date on the latest trends and regulations in occupational safety and environmental management, and continuously improving communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collect environmental data: Collect and analyze air, water, and soil samples to assess the environmental impact of the company's operations.
• Assist with environmental management: Help develop and implement environmental management programs that ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
• Participate in conservation projects: Work on projects aimed at conserving and preserving the environment.
• Conduct emissions inventories: Conduct inventories of greenhouse gas emissions and other pollutants.
• Comply with CETESB and MAPA environmental licenses: Request and manage environmental licensing through systems such as CETESB's VRE – Via Rápida Empresa (Fast Track) and contact MAPA to obtain accurate information on environmental licensing.
• Identify unsafe conditions: Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Develop safety programs: Create and implement occupational safety and health programs.
• Conduct safety training: Organize and conduct safety training for employees.
• Investigate accidents: Investigate workplace accidents, determine their causes, and suggest preventive measures.
• Pepare sustainability reports: Help prepare reports that communicate the company's environmental practices to internal and external stakeholders.

Required

• Studying: Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, and Environmental Management. Knowledge of environmental and occupational safety legislation
