Market Research Associate

Support the day-to-day of the Corporate Business and Relationship Management;
- Maintain operations of the department in the absence of the immediate supervisor or manager;
- Communicate with senior management;
- Responsible for contracts and follow-up with senior staff of the covered companies;
- Prepare new proposals, renewals and amendments of existing commercial relationships;
- Elaborate periodic reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Represent the company in external events or in meetings when the principal is not available;
- Maintain department calendar, schedule meetings and conference calls, and coordinate as needed with Conference Center;
- Provide administrative support as needed;
- Prepare events and conferences;
- Provide telephone coverage for the area, replacing the Administrative Assistant on his/her absence or when he/she is away from his/her desk.
Education, Experience and Skills Required
- Attention to detail;
- University degree;
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Basic expertise in Financial Market is a plus;
- Advanced Skills in English (Proficiency will be considered a plus);
- Ability to work independently and to learn new tasks and software;
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
