Our office is based in Pinheiros. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing software development processes, and leading a team of engineers. Day-to-day tasks include project management, integrating various systems, and ensuring seamless collaboration among team members. The role also involves setting goals, monitoring progress, and facilitating technical discussions to drive innovation and efficiency.Outcomes (What success looks like in year one)Team Growth & Leadership – Build, mentor, and retain a team of high-performing engineers in São Paulo.
