Your role
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in developing and implementing business initiatives?

As a Project Manager, you will take strategic ownership of F2B initiatives, focused in value creation for the GWM LatAm and COO teams. In this role you'll be responsible for managing projects that require not only coordination of stakeholders but also deep involvement throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to implementation and handover to business as usual. You'll ensure that all project deliverables align with UBS 3 Keys.

Your team
You'll be working under the GWM LatAm Operating Head structure as part of the Change Hub team, which is responsible for transforming strategy into action to prepare operational teams and enable growth in a solid and robust manner. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments including Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology, ensuring alignment and execution across key initiatives

Your expertise

  • proven experience in project management, preferably in financial services or compliance-related domains
  • ability to read regulation and policies and translate it into actionable project frameworks
  • fluent English communication skills for engaging with global stakeholders
  • analytical mindset and inherent leadership abilities - not just follow up on tasks
  • work in person in São Paulo
