At Wella, our Procurement team is driven by innovation, excellence, and impact. We are looking for a passionate professional with a strategic mindset and a sustainability focus to take on the role of Packaging & NPD Procurement Manager in Brazil.
This role is key to shaping the future of our supply chain, with a strong focus on packaging and product innovation. You will act as a bridge between business needs and external partners, ensuring agility, efficiency, and value in every initiative and packaging category.

What You'll Do:
• Implement sourcing strategies for packaging, aligned with short- and long-term business needs and deliver the fiscal year targets;
• Manage relationships with local suppliers, driving continuous improvement in quality, service, and sustainability;
• Support new product launches and innovation initiatives by securing supply chains and commercial conditions;
• Lead RFQs and supplier negotiations, ensuring strategic business allocation aligned with category strategies;
• Collaborate with Initiative and Packaging teams to optimize specifications and costs through Design-to-Cost and Value Engineering principles;
• Ensure accurate and timely Masterdata setup for all projects.
Who We're Looking For:
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields;
• Experience in Procurement, preferably in direct spend (packaging or raw materials);
• Experience in international environments and matrix organizations;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, strategic thinking, autonomy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge in sourcing strategy execution and supplier scouting.
