As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also aligned with SharePoint's technical guidelines, making them feasible for implementation. Collaboration with UX designers and developers is essential to effectively bring user-centered design visions to life while adhering to SharePoint best practices.

• UI Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Visual Consistency: Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all digital platforms through well-defined design guidelines and systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure designs align with user needs, business goals, and are feasible for implementation in the SharePoint environment.
• Prototype Development: Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Design Reviews: Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative design culture.
• User Research Incorporation: Integrate user feedback and insights into design iterations to enhance the overall user experience.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and innovation.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, helping them develop their design skills and promoting best practices within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a robust portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Strong experience with SharePoint to ensure designs are compliant with its guidelines and can be effectively implemented.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile interfaces.
• Excellent visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate design ideas and rationale to various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
