With a strong presence across multiple regions, the company is expanding its operations in Brazil and is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to support financial strategy, compliance, and growth initiatives in the region.
Role Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our finance operations in Brazil, ensuring strong tax compliance, cost control, and financial reporting while driving ERP implementation and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax Compliance & Strategy: Ensure compliance with ICMS, IPI, IRPJ, CSLL, and other tax regulations; manage legal tax planning and reporting.
- Financial Accounting & Cost Control: Oversee GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, and closing activities; lead factory cost accounting and variance analysis.
- ERP Leadership: Act as finance lead for ERP (e.g., Infor LN); define requirements, lead UAT, training, and post-go-live improvements.
- Team Management: Lead and develop the finance team, drive compliance culture, and conduct internal audits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production and sales teams to provide financial insights for business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance management, accounting, and tax compliance in Brazil.
- Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and cost control.
- ERP implementation experience (Infor LN preferred).
- Leadership experience with finance teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
