The Digital Content Associate – Social & Video supports the execution of RSM's social media and video content strategy through video channel (primarily YouTube) administration, project coordination, and operational support. This role works closely with the organic social media and video teams to manage publishing workflows, organize assets, and assist in campaign execution. 

The associate will be responsible for proper tagging and organization of video content and monitoring video and social content performance through YouTube and HootSuite.  

YouTube channel responsibilities:

•    Manage publishing calendar, metadata tagging, and playlist organization

•    Ensure videos are optimized for search and engagement

•    Collaborate with video team on upload schedules and performance tracking.

Organic social campaign responsibilities

•    Support campaign execution by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications

•    Maintain project trackers and assist with status updates

•    Assist with post scheduling, reporting and documentation

•    Provide backup support for publishing and monitoring channel communications.

Social & video function operational responsibilities:

•    Organize and maintain digital content libraries 

•    Ensure assets meet brand standards and are properly archived

•    Stay current on social and YouTube platform best practices

•    Share insights with team and contribute to process improvements 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

•    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field (preferred), or equivalent business experience

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

•    Experience with YouTube Studio, required

•    Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram channel management, required

•    Familiarity video and social management platforms (i.e. HootSuite, Brightcove, SharePoint, ), preferred 

•    Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, required

•    Strong organizational and project management skills, required

•    Basic understanding of social media and video content workflows, required

•    Disciplined approach to brand, style, grammar, required.

EXPERIENCE

• years of direct experience in digital marketing, content coordination or media operations

•    Experience supporting creative teams or managing publishing workflows

•    Exposure to B2B or professional services, strongly preferred

•    Exposure to highly regulated, global industries, preferred 

•    Experience with a global team structure, strongly preferred
